1. Introduction

Welcome to Exotikha.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale, which define the rights and obligations between Exotikha and its customers.
Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Products

All our products are described as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Exotikha cannot be held responsible for such variations.

All items are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after your order, we will contact you to propose an exchange, store credit, or refund.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) or West African CFA Francs (XOF) depending on your location.
Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Exotikha reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will always be invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders placed on Exotikha.com are confirmed once payment conditions are met, depending on the customer’s location:

• Customers within Greater Accra:
  Payment is made upon delivery (Cash or Mobile Money).
  The customer must be available at the agreed delivery time and location.
  If delivery fails due to absence, refusal to pay, or incorrect information, Exotikha reserves the right to refuse future orders.
  
  
• Customers outside Greater Accra:
  Orders must be confirmed with full payment via Mobile Money or Visa Card before shipment.
  Once payment is received, the order is processed and shipped within the stated delivery timeframe.
  
  

Exotikha may cancel any unconfirmed order after 48 hours or block future deliveries in cases of repeated order cancellations or non-payment.

All transactions are processed securely. Exotikha does not store any payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are made within 1 to 5 working days in Greater Accra and Lomé, and up to 10 working days in other cities.
Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Exotikha will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, intimate products, and beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Fashion accessories (earrings, jewelry, etc.) can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery only if unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of proven product defect or error by Exotikha.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
No refunds will be made for:

• Change of mind
  
  
• Items used or damaged by the customer
  
  
• Delivery delays beyond our control
  
  

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing on Exotikha.com, customers agree to:

Exotikha reserves the right to refuse service or block any customer who shows dishonesty, disrespect, or repeated misuse of our policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, and designs on Exotikha.com are the exclusive property of Exotikha.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Exotikha shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or emotional harm caused by product misuse or delivery delays.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana and Togo, depending on the delivery location.
Any dispute shall first be settled amicably, failing which it will be referred to the competent courts of Accra or Lomé.
